Cookies
1 stick butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
1 cup applesauce
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg, well beaten
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon nutmeg
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cream butter and sugar. Stir soda into applesauce, add egg and mix well. combine with creamed mixture. Gradually mix dry ingredients. Stir in nuts and raisins. Drop by teaspoonfuls on Pam sprayed cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes.
